And So It Begins: Our Blog

Welcome to our blog! On this cloudy, windy spring day along the Front Range, it’s a good time to think about flowers. We’re glad you found us.

You may have noticed a few changes around the floral shop recently. Earlier this year, the Li’l Flower Shop was bought by a private business owner in Greeley, and Gary and Peggie Lipps retired. We wish them the very best in their new adventures!

Meanwhile, we got to work. We’ve reorganized the shop a little, making it easier to browse the home and gift options to take home the perfect piece. We were also thrilled to welcome a new shop manager, Lesa Harkness, to run the day-to-day operations. Many of the same designers and friendly faces that you’ve seen for years are still in the floral shop! We’re happy and blessed to have such a smooth transition. Lesa and her team hit the ground running with Easter and prom season, and are looking forward to a sunny Colorado summer with you all.

A couple of the faces have changed but we’re proud to be the same business since 1971. That’s right, this business was established in 1971 and has been a part of the community for the last 47 years! We are continuing our community involvement and are thrilled to be a part of Windsor and the Front Range.

Last, but definitely not least, we’re increasing our social media presence. Maybe you’ve noticed! We’re posting more on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and have started this blog. We welcome any events you want to tag us in or questions you toss at us. Let’s be social!

So pour a hot cup of coffee, get comfortable, browse our website and social media a little. We look forward to seeing you at the Li’l Flower Shop!
